•  BE AWARE AND FOLLOW THE LOCAL PUBLIC HEALTH ADVICE.  PROVIDE TRAINING REFRESH TO THE STAFF ON:  POSI procedures, brief summary of the illness and how it spreads and basic hygiene preventive measures.
• BE PREPARED TO COMMUNICATE TO THE GUESTS THE IMPORTANCE OF GOOD PERSONAL HYGIENE.  
• ONLY TRUST NEWS FROM AUTHORITIES AND RECOGNISED ENTITIES. THERE ARE A LOT OF FAKE NEWS ABOUT THIS SUBJECT.

•  Keep calm (it is necesary to act properly).
• The suspected case and companions should remain in their room.
• Contact medical advise.
• Activate POSI procedures according to ABTA guidelines. They should be followed in a very efficient manner. 
• Remind to all staff and guests about the importance of good personal hygiene (wash your hands very often, cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, avoid contact with sick people…) .
• Follow any specific recommendations given by your local public health authorities.
