Preverisk Group and Amstar DMC start an international collaboration this 2022 with the purpose of providing safe and quality excursions in some of the most beautiful tourist destinations in the world. Amstar DMC provides services in world-class destinations to tourists, travel agencies, tour operators, corporations and meeting planners, with a track record of more than 30 years.

In order to deliver a high level of quality service, Amstar DMC is committed to implement a complete audit program that will allow to evaluate the general aspects of safety and hygiene of the various tours and activities offered and also to identify and determine the necessary improvement measures to ensure that these tours are safe for the end user.

Some of the services that are evaluated with this program range from transfers, catamaran rides, visits to water parks, theme parks, snorkeling activities, scuba diving, zip lines, canopy, ATV dynamics, UTV and boogies.

In this way, both Amstar DMC and Preverisk Group are aligned with the definition of quality of a tourism destination, proposed by the UNWTO Committee on Tourism and Competitiveness: "The quality of a tourism destination is the result of a process aimed at meeting all tourism product and service needs, corresponding requirements and consumer expectations at an acceptable price in accordance with mutually accepted contractual conditions and implicit underlying factors such as safety, hygiene, accessibility, communication, infrastructure, and public services and amenities. It also presents aspects related to ethics, transparency and respect for the human, natural and cultural environment."

This far-reaching project will be directly reflected in Mexico, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Costa Rica and Hawaii and supported by the expertise of Preverisk Group, which for the past 18 years has been providing consulting, auditing, training and software development services in Health, Hygiene, Safety and Sustainability/Circularity for the global tourism industry.
