15 years of auditing, consulting and training services .... Part III

In this third part of our series on our 15th anniversary, we want to share with all our followers, customers, partners, employees and friends some milestones that we have overcome over 15 years. Let's get started!

In 2004 Preverisk Group was born with the aim of providing specialized services in Hygiene and Health, initially targeted at hotels in Mallorca, and later in international destinations through a strategic alliance with a leading British tour operator. Specifically, we began to support Health and Safety services in hotels and resorts in the Dominican Republic.

Around the year 2007 we saw the opportunity to expand our offer based on the integration of multiple services through a single provider. This is how we began to successfully offer a complementary business line, eQutel. This value proposition is still valid and enjoys great acceptance in the market, as it allows hotels and chains to know the perceptions that their guests have about their experience in the hotel.

After the global financial crisis in 2008, we were able to take the road towards internationalization thanks to a major project in 35 destinations around the world, including Mexico, Dominican Republic, Turkey and Egypt where we have offices.

Always open to see opportunities the environment provides, we began to bet on technology to continue growing in the exciting world of auditing and this is how we could launch in 2014 to the market a software development: app4Check. Today it is a leading software in the industry, storing data from more than 120,000 hotels and supporting more than 25,000 users worldwide. 

More recently, with the New European Package Travel Directive and its requirements in Health and Safety, extending the responsibility to all travel product marketers - whether online or offline - we extended our offer to travel companies, thus expanding our audience from hotels, hotel chains and restaurants to tour operators, bed banks, travel agencies and DMCs. Today this diverse portfolio of new customers provides to a total of 60 million tourists a year indirectly our services.

We are currently continuing to create the structural bases that will allow us to continue growing while at the same time maintaining our core business values of which we will speak in the fourth part of this series.
