Junior Consultant in Quality, Safety and Sustainability (Mexico)

We are currently looking for 5 Junior Consultants in Quality, Safety and Sustainability for the following areas in Mexico: Cancun / Los Cabos / Puerto Vallarta / Mazatlan.

Functions to be performed:

• Conduct auditing and consulting visits on food safety, water, sustainability and facility safety issues in the tourism industry sector.
• Provide training on food safety, sustainability and facility safety issues.
• Prepare audit and training reports.
• Conduct travel for project execution and assignments.

Requirements:

• Experience: minimum of 1 year, verifiable in similar position.
• Degree: nutrition, food engineering, industrial safety, environment, industrial engineering, biology, industrial chemistry or similar.
• Indispensable to have a degree, professional license and proof of tax status.
• Willingness to travel.
• Preferred residence in Los Cabos / Puerto Vallarta / Cancun / Mazatlan or possible change of residence to these destinations.
• Knowledge in quality, safety, environmental and sustainability management systems (preferably ISO 9001, NOM 127, NOM 251, NMX F605, first aid, environment and civil protection).
• English desirable.
• Knowledge in Office365 desirable.
• Ability to self-manage and agenda management.
