Methodologies we apply

Phase 1: Analyse the situation
Whilst some claims may be based on factual, incidental or accidental events, others may have been elaborated or exaggerated purely for monetary gain. We study each individual case and use documents generated by preventive programmes, procedures and policies, including logs, analysis results and external audits, to defend our clients position.

Phase 2: Claims management
Each claim is individual. Having assessed the claim, we will then proceed to manage it. From opening a file, upon receipt of the first communication, right through to the closure of the case. We will advise the best course of action to defend our clients’ interests, whilst protecting their reputation and brand.
