Safety and hygiene are particularly important areas in the tourism sector. Within this block we develop our know-how related to food hygiene, general safety, environmental hygiene, safety and water hygiene, amongst other things.
Our educational proposal aims to make the most complex concepts understandable and applicable. Become an expert in health and hygiene!!
All training is available in person, remotely, in e-learning format, or a combination of methods.
FOOD HYGIENE (Food handler)
Amongst the objectives to be developed by the teacher/tutor during the course, is to provide food handlers with all necessary knowledge, skills and approach, to ensure that, in compliance with Regulation (EC) 852/2004, correct food handling practices are applied, to help your company ensure that food which they put on the market is safe.

ACTION PLAN IN CASE OF A VIRAL OUTBREAK
Generally, to raise awareness amongst managers, department heads and staff regarding the importance of immediate action in the event of a virus outbreak. To raise awareness of the negative consequences (economic, loss of prestige, etc.) which an outbreak can cause to an establishment. Our training proposal aims to cover the fundamental aspects of immediate action in the event of infection and the development of appropriate procedures. To transmit that safety in the company workplace partly depends on how client safety is ensured. To raise awareness of the importance of maintaining a high degree of cleanliness.

To provide students with the ability to identify potentially allergenic substances in food. To acquire the knowledge necessary to know and maintain food safety levels when handling food which contains allergens. To design a plan to ensure the health of those with allergies whilst in our establishment. To review correct handling practices.

H&S IN THE TOURISM SECTOR
To raise awareness amongst key managers, department heads and staff regarding the importance of safety on the premises, for both staff and clients. To have the necessary guides, based on the international standards which tour operators and travel agencies follow, in order to prevent any safety-related incidents. To raise awareness of the negative consequences (economic, loss of prestige, etc.) that an incident in an establishment could cause. Our training proposal aims to cover the fundamental action measures.
