This includes how to act if a suspected or actual case is detected and which procedures are relevant to which job roles/functions.

Descripción

To raise awareness of risk areas as well as prevention and control measures which can be applied to those responsible for a tourism establishment. This training aims to unite all areas of knowledge that managers should monitor for their clients’ safety. To have in place the necessary measures, based on international standards, which tour operators and travel agencies use to prevent any safety related incidents. This programme consists of 5 training courses.
