Certification Process

for safe and hygienic re-opening

To care for the health of their guests and staff at all times, new standards of cleanliness, hygiene and social distancing have been established to ensure a clean environment. For this, Preverisk Group awards the “Certificate of Covid-19 Hygiene Response”.

The certification process was comprised of distinct phases, combining activities managed both remotely and in person, making a distinct difference and reinforcing the steps which should be followed, always guided by our expert consultants.

CERTIFICATION PROCESS

  • Training and formation of the crisis management team
  • Receiving a link for self-evaluation
  • Conducting an RSAQ (Responsible Self-Assessment)
  • Remote and/or on-site questionnaire validation
  • Obtaining a Grading
  • Receipt of Certificate

SPECIFIC CONTROL MEASURES

Key measures include the establishment of a trained and knowledgeable crisis management team, training of core staff, access control measures or extended clean-up protocols, social distancing and containment measures or case detection.


MEASURES TAKEN FOR REOPENING ESTABLISHMENTS

  • Fire safety, gas safety and food hygiene 
  • Water Systems / Legionella and Swimming Pool Hygiene and Safety
  • Treatment of water reused for garden irrigation (if applicable) 
  • Laundry 
  • Pest Control
