Preverisk Group participates in the event “A Path Towards Circularity and Innovation in Tourism”

We had the pleasure of participating in the event “A Path Towards Circularity and Innovation in Tourism,” organised by AETIB – the Tourism Strategy Agency of the Balearic Islands. It was a space for dialogue, reflection and momentum where businesses, institutions and professionals committed to transforming the Balearic tourism model came together to share vision, knowledge and concrete solutions.

Our Business Director, Mireia Delgado Perala, presented the H2Otel project, an initiative developed by Preverisk Group that exemplifies how sustainability, circularity and water-use efficiency can be practically and measurably integrated into hotel management. H2Otel is a proposal that not only addresses the current challenges faced by the sector but also sets out a clear roadmap towards more responsible, resilient tourism aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals.

During the event, other success stories were shared which, alongside H2Otel, demonstrated how innovation is already transforming the tourism model in the Balearic Islands. These ranged from initiatives focused on energy efficiency and digitalisation to pioneering experiences in textile recycling, water circularity, and sustainable management in tourist establishments. Projects such as Eco-H’ALJUB by Agroturisme Sa Canova, RE-LINEN by Polarier, sustainability initiatives from Houm Hotels, technological solutions from Enovam Pro Energy Efficiency, and the immersive digital experience by Hotelverse Technologies highlighted the potential of public-private collaboration and the real-world application of innovation in the region.

We at Preverisk Group would like to thank AETIB for organising such an enriching event and celebrate having shared the space with organisations and professionals who, from their respective fields, are leading the shift towards more conscious and sustainable tourism.

We continue working to transform the sector with innovative, rigorous solutions aligned with the challenges of our time.
